Suveren Hospitality Private Limited is located at C-71 in the Industrial Area, Phase 6, over in Mohali. Being in an industrial zone means it’s a lot of warehouses and factories around us, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot for an office, but it’s where we get our work done. We handle hospitality management and it’s a lot of back-and-forth between our office and different sites. The air is always a bit dusty from the construction and the trucks moving through Phase 6, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is a straightforward place with desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We aren't into the whole corporate polish thing; we just want to make sure the hotels we work with are running like they should. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the supplies are ordered on time. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a problem at one of the properties, but that’s just the nature of the hospitality business. We like being in Mohali because it’s growing fast and there is always something new happening. We don’t make big promises or use fancy slogans to get attention. We just show up at C-71 every morning and do what needs to be done to keep the business moving forward. It’s a simple life and we are okay with that. We have been here for a long time and the neighbors are all hardworking people like us.
