Sumeep Developers Private Limited is located right in the middle of things in Kharar. We are at 125 Friends Market, which is just opposite the main Bus Stand. If you've ever been to Kharar, you know how hectic it gets around the bus station. There are people and buses everywhere all day long. Our office is easy to find because of that. We work on property development and real estate stuff. It’s a busy environment to work in, but we enjoy being in the thick of it. We don't have a polished corporate office with uniforms. It’s more of a place where we sit down with people and talk about land or building plans. Sometimes the noise from the market is a bit much, but you get used to it. We’ve seen Kharar change a lot as Mohali expands. New buildings are going up everywhere. Our days are filled with meetings and visiting different sites to see how the work is progressing. There’s always some issue with a permit or a delay with materials, but that’s just the business. We try to be practical and not over-complicate things for our clients. It’s a local operation, and we take pride in being right here in Friends Market. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the job done and help develop the area. It’s a lot of hours but it feels good to see something finished at the end of the day. Everything seems to keep moving forward around here.
