Zirakpur is known for its traffic, and Baltana is no exception. It can be a bit of a struggle to find parking sometimes, but once you get inside the enclave, things settle down a bit. Our office is a practical space. We have been here for a while and have everything set up the way we like it. There are lots of maps on the walls and stacks of documents on the tables. We handle a lot of different property matters, so there is always a folder that needs looking at or a client who needs a question answered. The air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months because it gets really hot in this part of Punjab. We have a small kettle for making tea, which we do several times a day. It’s a simple way to take a break. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. Everyone here just pitches in to get the work done.
