Softtrix Web Solutions Llp has its office in the Industrial Area of Mohali. We are over at C 127, Phase 8, on the second floor. The building is 160062 for those who need the pin code. Being in the Industrial Area means it’s mostly warehouses and other offices around us. It’s not the prettiest part of town, but it’s where things get done. We’ve got a floor filled with desks and a lot of cables running everywhere. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when we’re in the middle of a big project. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to look for the building number. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a good enough space. We spend most of our time staring at screens and writing code. We’ve been here for several years now. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. It’s a simple life. We don’t have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have chairs that are mostly comfortable and enough light to see what we’re doing. Mohali is a good place for a web business, and Phase 8 is right in the thick of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The wall clock is five minutes fast, but we never bothered to change it. It helps us leave a little earlier I suppose. There’s always a stack of old keyboards in the corner.
