Our place is over at Plot No. 780 in Sector-82 of Mohali. It’s a developing area, so there’s always the sound of hammers and drills nearby. Smartmove Developers Private Limited is where we run things from. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller group that focuses on what’s right in front of us. Sector-82 is a good spot to be because everything is moving forward so quickly. We spend our mornings going over costs and our afternoons out at the plots. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we stay out there to make sure everything is being done the right way. We aren't polished public speakers. We just talk about bricks, wood, and concrete. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order a certain part on time, but we always fix it. It’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We like to keep things simple and honest. If a wall is going to take another week, we say it’ll take another week. No point in lying about it. People in Mohali appreciate that kind of directness. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know the land around here pretty well. We’re just trying to make a living by helping the city grow, one plot at a time.
