Smarb Homes Private Limited

We started Smarb Homes Private Limited a while back and we’ve been at it ever since. You can find our main office over at K.C. Land & Finance Limited in JLPL Sector-90/91. It is a busy spot but we have grown to like the noise of the area. We spend most of our time working on houses and figuring out layouts for various people who come in. It isn't a fancy place at all. Most days it's just a couple of us at the desk or out at a site checking on how the brickwork is moving along. Sector 90 and 91 are growing pretty fast these days so there is always a new project to keep us occupied. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy coffee machines or thick rugs. It's just a practical space where we sit down and get the job done. Sometimes the paperwork for the land piles up higher than we like, but we try our best to keep things organized for everyone. If you are walking around the JLPL area, you probably passed by us already. We've been a part of this local neighborhood for a good bit now. People often ask what we do exactly, and mostly it is just the building and the planning. It's honest work and we don't use big words to try and describe it. We just show up every morning and stay until the work is finished. It is just how things go for us.
