Sikhi Sikhiya Gur Vichar Gurmat Parchar Council

We are located at number 16 in Sunny Enclave, right here in Kharar. This part of Mohali has grown a lot lately, but our council keeps things pretty grounded. Sikhi Sikhiya Gur Vichar Gurmat Parchar Council is quite a long name, but what we do is fairly straightforward. We spend our days talking about teachings and sharing what we know with anyone who wants to listen. Sunny Enclave is a nice spot, and being at house sixteen gives us enough room to hold small gatherings. It’s not a big corporate building with glass walls. It is a home where we sit on the floor and discuss things that matter to our faith and community. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors and the tea never seems to stop pouring. Other times, it is just a couple of us reading and thinking. We try to keep things practical. People come to us with questions about life or about how to understand the old writings better. We don’t claim to have all the answers, but we like to look for them together. Living in Punjab, especially in a place like Mohali, there is always something going on. We just provide a quiet space for people to focus on their spiritual side. It’s been our way of life for a long time now, and we plan to keep it that way for as long as we are able to stay here.
