Our place is at 128, Shiv Vihar, right on Lane Number 4 in Jalandhar. We call it Sehgal Estate Private Limited. It is a quiet street for the most part, which makes it a good place to get work done. We are not a big chain or anything like that. It is just a small local office where we keep track of properties around Jalandhar. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of files, some old maps of the area, and a computer that has seen better days. People in the neighborhood know us, and we mostly get work by word of mouth. We do not spend money on big posters or radio ads. It is just about being here when someone needs to sell a house or find a place to rent. Sometimes the gate squeaks and we forget to oil it, but the work gets done anyway. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. It feels more natural that way. Dealing with real estate can be complicated, so we just try to explain things simply to anyone who walks in Lane No.4. It is just how we operate day in and day out. We keep things grounded and practical for the local market.
