You can find Seerat Institute Llp over in Sector 60 of SAS Nagar. We are specifically located at SCF 108, and we take up the whole second floor. Being in Phase 3 B2 means there is always something going on outside in the market. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a workout if you have to do them five or six times a day like I do. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The space inside is mostly just desks and some old computers we use for the institute work. It’s not a very big office, but it fits what we need. We usually have the windows open when the weather is decent, though the noise from the street below can get a bit loud sometimes in the evenings. Most people in the building know us by name now. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Mohali, just a reliable one where people can drop in. We don't use fancy software to track everything, just a lot of notebooks and a few spreadsheets on the main computer. It feels more like a small family business than a big company. The light in the afternoons hits the front office really well. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the market starts getting really crowded. It’s a good location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick tea nearby during our breaks.
