Scar Digital Media Private Limited is based in Flat Number 116, Block-P3 of the Penta Home Society in Zirakpur. Working out of a residential society like this gives our office a very different feel compared to a commercial building. It’s located in SAS Nagar, and the society itself is usually quite lively with families and people walking around. We’ve converted the flat into a workspace that fits our small team. It’s got a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a balcony where we can step out for a bit of air. The block is easy to find once you get inside the main gate of Penta Home. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a sign in the lobby. We just have our names on the door. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, which is good when we need to concentrate on our screens for hours. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, but it doesn't bother us. We like the fact that it doesn't feel like a cold, sterile office. It feels more like a home where work happens. We keep a regular schedule, coming in the morning and leaving before it gets too late in the evening. The society has some parking space, but it can be tight. It’s just a simple, practical place to run a business without all the corporate overhead we don't need.
