We run Satius Structural Solutions Private Limited from H. No. 1576 in Saini Vihar, Phase 3. It's on Pir Baba Road in Baltana, which falls under the Derabassi area. It’s a local neighborhood, and our office fits right in. We deal with the structural side of building projects. Most people don't think much about the bones of a building, but that’s what we spend all our time on. The office is usually filled with calculation sheets and structural drawings. We aren't a big firm with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us who understand how things stay standing. Working out of Baltana is convenient because we can get to projects in different parts of the region pretty quickly. The road can get a bit dusty, and there’s always something happening outside, but we just stick to our work. We started this company because we wanted to offer practical solutions for builders around here. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what needs to be done and how we’re going to do it. It’s honest work that requires a lot of attention to detail. If you stop by, you’ll see we’re just regular people working to make sure our clients' structures are safe and sound. The fan in the main room makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool while we work. We have a small bookshelf with old manuals we still check. It’s quiet enough here to think clearly.
