Our firm, S Kumar Infrastructure Llp, is based in Shakti Nagar. We are located at G.No. 3, Taku Colony. This is in Dera Bassi-Mohali, with the pin code 140507. Taku Colony is a residential kind of area, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. Our office is just a simple setup in one of the buildings there. We have a few rooms where we keep the computers and all the project plans. It feels like a local neighborhood office. We know the people who live nearby and they see us coming in every morning. Dera Bassi is a busy place overall, but our street is usually okay. We spend most of the day talking to contractors and checking on supplies. The office has some old wooden tables and chairs that have been with us for a while. It’s not about looking fancy for us. We just need a place to sit and organize the infrastructure work. Sometimes the dogs in the street make a bit of a racket, but that is just part of being in Shakti Nagar. We have our routine and we stick to it. It is a comfortable place to work from without the noise of the main expressway. We just handle the business day by day and try to keep things organized. It’s a very straightforward way of running things here in the colony.
