We are tucked away in the ground floor of block Haerocity, number 7309, right here in Mohali 140306. Our whole thing is helping people get ready for interviews. It’s something a lot of people struggle with, getting nervous or not knowing what to say when they sit in front of a manager. So we sit down with them and practice. It’s a simple setup. A couple of chairs, a table, and some notes. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or fancy software. It’s just human-to-human talking and giving feedback. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they have an appointment. Haerocity is a newer part of the area, so it’s still developing around us. We like the quietness of it compared to the city center. We spend our days listening to people tell their stories and then trying to help them tell those stories better to employers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels useful. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a small group of us who enjoy this kind of work. We make mistakes sometimes, or the schedule gets a bit messy, but we always figure it out. If you’re around the 140306 area, you’ve probably passed by our block.
