Ryan Colonisers Private Limited

We set up Ryan Colonisers Private Limited over at Shop No. 6 in the Trishla Little India complex. It’s in Peermuchalla, which is right on the edge of Zirakpur and Mohali. The 140603 area has seen a massive amount of building lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. The shop itself is small but we’ve made it work for us. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the site plans. Peermuchalla is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the new lanes being put in. Our daily routine involves a lot of walking around the local sites and talking to the people working there. The office in Trishla Little India is where we come to catch our breath and handle the phone calls that never seem to stop. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the construction nearby, so we’re always cleaning the windows. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just a handful of us trying to make sure the colonization projects are moving forward. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we’ve seen this neighborhood grow from almost nothing into a busy hub. We just keep at it, dealing with the maps and the permits one day at a time.
