Rupan Riba Associates Private Limited

We’ve set up our office at House No. 1123 in Sector 70, over in S.A.S Nagar. Rupan Riba Associates Private Limited is really just a group of us working together on various projects. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just use this house as our base of operations. It’s more comfortable that way. Most of our work involves planning and coordinating different parts of a project, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people. Sector 70 is a good location because it’s easy for folks to find us without getting lost in the busier parts of Mohali. We aren't the type to use a lot of fancy jargon or give people the hard sell. We just tell it like it is. If something is going to take longer than expected, we’ll let you know. There’s always a bit of chaos with drawings and folders piled up, but we managed to keep track of it all. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here. No suits, no scripted answers. Just a few people who have been doing this for a long time and know the ropes. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, and we’re glad to still be a part of the local business community here. It’s just about getting the work done right.
