ROUTE-7 DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re based out of SCO-6 at Sandy Square, which is right by Paras Down Town Square. It’s a lively area and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We’re a small operation, mostly focusing on development projects around here. Being an OPC means things are pretty streamlined. I handle most of the day-to-day stuff myself, from meeting clients to checking on the sites. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a solid office in a good part of town. I spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between different locations. The work can be a bit repetitive with all the permits and legal steps, but seeing a project actually start to take shape makes it worth it. I don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually find me because they saw one of the projects or heard about me from someone else. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a few people over to look at plans, but we make do. It’s a very hands-on job. You have to be ready to deal with any problem that pops up, whether it’s a delay in materials or just a change in the weather. I like being near Paras Down Town because it’s easy for people to find the office. It’s just a normal business trying to do things the right way without a lot of fuss. It's just me mostly, keeping things moving forward.
