RNK Buildtech Private Limited is also located at Shop No. 4, near the Bank of Baroda on Zoo Road in Village Chhat. Even though we share a similar location in Zirakpur, our focus is on the buildtech side of things. The area is quite lively because of the road leading to the zoo, and you see all sorts of people passing by our door. We spend most of our time figuring out the technical side of building projects. It involves a lot of looking at materials and talking to engineers. Our office is straightforward with just enough space for our desks and some samples of building parts. Zirakpur is a place that is always under construction, so there is no shortage of work to look at. We start our mornings by checking on our current projects and then head back to the shop to deal with the paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth, and the traffic on Zoo Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We aren't a huge company, just a local team trying to make sure the technical parts of the building process are done right. We have our routines and we stick to them. It’s about showing up every day and dealing with whatever challenges the construction industry throws at us. We like being in Chhat because it feels like a community that is actually going somewhere. We're just keeping busy with our day-to-day work.
