Our workspace is at Industrial Plot No. 1655 in the Janta Industrial Estate over in Sector-82. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest place to be, but it suits what we do at Rkv Homes Private Limited. We’re surrounded by other businesses and workshops, which keeps us grounded. Building homes is what we focus on, even if our own office is in an industrial patch. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to make sure the materials we use are up to the mark. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, literally and figuratively. We don’t have any of those polished marketing slogans. We just talk like normal people about what can be done with a piece of land. Being in SAS Nagar means we’re part of a community that’s always building something new. Sometimes the dust from the estate gets into the office, but that’s just part of being in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who trust us with their projects. Most days involve checking on progress at different sites and then coming back here to handle the logistics. It’s practical, daily stuff that keeps us on our toes. We know the 1655 plot number is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It’s where the real work happens.
