Realm Developers Private Limited is based in Sector-120 over in Kharar. Our office is at Sco 302 on the 3rd Floor of the Sunny Business Centre. The pin code is 160055, and we are in the Sas Nagar-Mohali area. It’s a busy building with a lot of other businesses, but we have our own space on the third floor where we get our work done. Developing property in a place like Mohali is a lot of work because things are moving so fast. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to builders. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. The climb up to the third floor keeps us fit, I guess. We aren't a corporate giant, just a group of people who know the local real estate market and want to see things built right. Kharar has changed so much since we first started, and being in the Sunny Business Centre puts us right in the middle of all that change. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of the people we work with are just locals or people looking to move into the area. We just try to give them the facts and help them understand what’s happening with the developments. It’s a lot of daily grind, checking on sites and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly with the local offices.
