Real Building Constructions Private Limited is located at Plot No 957 in the Industrial Park over in Sector 82, Mohali. Being in an industrial park means we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. It’s a very practical place to be for a construction company. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the background. Our office is right there on the plot and it is where we keep all the heavy equipment and the supplies we need for our projects. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. We care more about whether the trucks are running and if the concrete is arriving on time. Sector 82 has grown a lot and it is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of Mohali or Chandigarh. We do a lot of the actual building work ourselves. It’s a hands-on type of business. The guys are usually covered in dust or grease from the machines. We have a small area for paperwork but the real action happens out on the floor or at the construction sites. It is a tough environment but it is what we know. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the other business owners around here are our friends. We just do our work and go home.
