RAYONNANT PROPERTIES LLP

RAYONNANT PROPERTIES LLP is based out of Mohali, specifically in S.A.S. Nagar at H. No. 857 in Phase-7. It’s more of a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more personal than a cold office building. We deal with properties all across the Mohali and Chandigarh area. Our day usually starts with checking emails and then hitting the road to go look at houses or plots. The office in Sector-62 is where we meet up to discuss what we’ve seen. It’s a comfortable space with a few chairs and a table that’s seen a lot of coffee cups. We don't use big words to sound important. We just know the local market well and we tell people what we think. Phase-7 is a nice area and we like being here because it’s close to everything. The traffic in Mohali can be a bit much during rush hour, so we try to plan our site visits around that. Sometimes our families stop by the office because it’s that kind of place. We’ve been working under the Rayonnant name for a while and we’ve seen the area change a lot. New buildings going up, old ones getting knocked down. We just stay in our lane and keep track of the listings. If you’re looking for us, look for H. No. 857. There’s usually a light on and someone inside working on a deal.
