PROPERTY HEADQUARTERS LLP

You can find us at Suite No. 12 on the ground floor of the Sushma Homework building. We are right across from the Burger King on the Chandigarh Ambala Highway in Zirakpur. The name on the door says Property Headquarters LLP. It is a pretty easy location to point out since everyone knows the highway. We spend most of our time here dealing with different property matters. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters despite the name, just a regular office where we work. There is usually a bit of dust from the road, but we keep the place decent. We see a lot of people passing through because of the highway. Sometimes they just stop in because they saw the sign while grabbing a burger. We handle a mix of things, mostly helping folks figure out their options in this part of Chandigarh. It gets busy on the weekends especially. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Nothing is overly polished here. We just talk to people and try to answer their questions about the local market. It is honest work and keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet acts up, but we get through the day. It is a straightforward life working in real estate here. We just take things as they come and try to keep the records straight for everyone who comes in. It is a living, and it keeps us busy.
