We set up shop here in Patiala at Chotti Baradari. It is on the first and second floors above the shops right next to Simran Ent. Most days it is just about getting through the lessons. We teach hair, makeup, and various skin things. The rooms are pretty basic but they work fine for what we need. It is usually a bit noisy with students practicing and talking all at once. We started this because we knew folks around here wanted to learn these skills without having to travel to the bigger cities. You will find us easily if you know the SCO 1 area. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much to climb if you are carrying heavy bags or kits. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up after classes are done for the day. It is not a fancy place, just a workspace where people come to learn a trade. We have got chairs, mirrors, and the usual tools scattered about. Some days are much busier than others depending on who shows up. It gets quite hot in the afternoons but the fans keep it alright for the most part. People from all over town drop in at different times. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just helping people learn something they can use. If you come by, you will see we are just regular people trying to keep things moving. We do not have a big front desk or anyone to greet you. You just walk in and someone will usually be around.
