Ornay Builders And Promoters Llp is based at SCO 12, right near the HDFC bank in Zirakpur. It is a busy spot in Mohali-140603 and there is always something happening on the street outside. Being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us when they come into town for errands. We have a small office space where we handle the building and promotion side of things. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time looking at property layouts and talking to contractors. Zirakpur is constantly expanding and we are right in the middle of it. The traffic on the road can be a bit much during rush hour, but that is just life in Punjab these days. We aren't big on flashy signs or anything like that. We just have our name on the door and we get on with the day. Most of our work involves keeping track of different sites and making sure the promoters are doing what they need to do. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes we are in the office all day, and other times the place is empty because we are all out looking at a new project site. We keep it simple and focus on the bricks and mortar side of the business.
