If you head up to the fifth floor of Royal Motiaz, you will find our office at number 21. We are right on the Ambala-Chandigarh Highway in Zirakpur, which is a convenient spot, though the traffic out front can be a real mess some days. Nextgen Fx Homes is a small operation, mostly just one person doing the day-to-day work since it’s an OPC. It is a lot of weight for one person, but it keeps the decisions simple and quick. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and dealing with the constant noise from the highway. Being in Zirakpur is good because the whole area is growing so fast, though it's hard to keep track of it all. We aren't looking to be some massive corporation, we just do our part in the local housing scene. Sometimes the building elevator is slow, but we are usually at the desk during normal hours. We deal with people who are looking for a place to live or invest around here. It involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. You have to be patient when dealing with property stuff. We just try to get the tasks finished without making a big deal out of it. The view of the highway from the fifth floor is actually alright once you get used to it. We keep things pretty informal here and focus on finishing the work we have.
