Marketing Raptors is based out of Kharar, right in Sunny Enclave, Sector 125. We’re in House No. 8046 A, which is pretty easy to spot once you get onto Jhungian Road. Kharar has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and people moving in from Chandigarh. We’re right in the middle of all that growth and noise. Our office is more like a workspace than a formal business center. We handle a lot of marketing tasks from here, mostly sitting around the main table talking through ideas. The area around Sunny Enclave is always busy with construction and new shops opening up. It gives us a lot of energy to see things moving. We aren't a big team, just a few people who enjoy the hustle of the local market nearby. The parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes if you come at the wrong hour of the day. We started here because the rent was fair and the location made sense for everyone’s commute. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our computers, a decent coffee machine that barely works, and plenty of notebooks lying around. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. Most of our day is just staying on top of the work and making sure we get through our list of things to do. It’s a good little spot on the road for us.
