We work out of Booth No. 10 in Shivalik City, which is part of Sector 127 in Kharar. It’s a small booth, but it’s enough for what we do at Map-Kp Builders And Promoters Private Limited. Being in Shivalik City means we are right in the middle of a residential area, so we see a lot of people walking their dogs or kids playing outside. It’s a nice change from the loud industrial zones. Our office is pretty simple. We have a couple of chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in maps and permits. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the Kharar and Mohali area really well. We’ve been around long enough to see how the neighborhood has grown over the years. We spend our days talking to people about their homes or checking on construction progress. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we sit outside the booth when the weather is nice just to catch a bit of fresh air. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a sales team. We just talk to people honestly about what can be done. It’s a very local, neighborhood-style business. We like the fact that we know many of the people who live around here. It makes the work feel a lot more personal and real.
