MANN SHARMA ESTATES AND BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Block-A of Aerocity in Sas Nagar, Punjab. Our office is at number 258. Aerocity is one of those places that seems to have something new happening every single day. There’s always dust from construction and the sound of machines in the distance, which is exactly where a company like ours should be. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve seen the whole area transform from empty lots into what it is today. The office itself is pretty basic—just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy out on the field or meeting with people about new estate developments. It can get pretty hot in the summer here, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't the type to have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people plainly about what we can do and what the timelines look like. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned with the weather or the supplies, but that’s just the nature of the building business. We like being part of the Aerocity community and seeing the progress firsthand. It’s a busy, sometimes messy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
