L.I.A. Projects Private Limited is run right out of Flat No. H - 002 in the Mona Greens Ii complex. If you know Gazipur Road in Zirakpur, you know it can get pretty backed up with traffic on the weekends. Our office is tucked away in the residential block which makes it a bit quieter than being right on the main street. Being in Mohali-140603 means we are close to everything happening in the tri-city area. We mostly deal with different project works and staying organized from a home-style office helps keep the overhead down. It is a simple setup with a few computers and files stacked up on the desks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we make it work. Zirakpur has grown so fast that there is always something going on right outside the gates. We spend a lot of time on the phone or coordinates with workers at various sites across the state. The address might seem like just a flat, but it is where all the planning and the paperwork happens for the projects we take on. It is a practical way to run things without all the corporate fluff you see in the bigger cities. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just looking for the block in Mona Greens. It is a busy life but we enjoy being part of the local scene.
