Level Up Building Concepts Private Limited is situated at Sco No. - 42 on the 2nd Floor of Omaxe World Street in Sec-79. World Street is quite a lively area to be in, and it’s been interesting to see how it has developed over the last couple of years. Our office is on the second floor, so we get a bit of a view of the shoppers and the people walking by below on the pavement. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it keeps us moving and awake. The space inside Sco No. - 42 is simple and functional, with plenty of room for our drawing boards and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look because our work is usually out in the dirt and the sun anyway. Sec-79 is a busy part of town and there is always something going on right outside our window. We usually have a lot of people coming in and out, so the floor stays a bit dusty no matter how much we sweep it at the end of the day. There’s a small pantry area where we make coffee, and that’s usually the most popular spot in the whole office. We don’t use any fancy marketing talk when we describe what we do here. We just come in, sit at our desks, and work through the building concepts that need finishing. It is a straightforward place for people who like to work hard.
