Layam Talent Academy Foundation

Our foundation is located at 350, Block M in the New Generation Apartments in Dhakoli, Zirakpur. We are part of the Mohali area, right on the edge of the city. It is a residential complex, so our space feels more like a home than a stiff office. We focus on talent development and helping people learn new skills. We don't have any big corporate backing or a shiny headquarters. It is just a dedicated space where we can gather and work on projects. Zirakpur is always busy, but once you get into the apartments, it is a bit more peaceful. We spend our time planning classes and meeting with people who want to improve themselves. Sometimes we have a lot of people in for a session, and other times it is just one or two of us catching up on emails. The room has a few chairs and some tables pushed together. We don't try to impress anyone with how the place looks. We care more about what happens during our meetings. It is about helping people find what they are good at and giving them a bit of a push. We have been in Block M for a while, and the neighbors are used to seeing people coming and going. It is a simple setup for honest work. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just helping out where we can in our own little corner of Dhakoli. It feels right to work this way in a local community.
