Kufe Coffee Private Limited

We are tucked away at house number 48 in Hem Vihar Phase 2, over in Baltana. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main markets. Kufe Coffee Private Limited is where we handle everything related to our coffee. You can usually smell the beans roasting from down the street, which I think the neighbors don't mind too much. It’s not a huge factory. It’s more of a converted space that fits what we need. We have our roasting equipment in one part and the packing stuff in another. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when a new shipment of green beans arrives. We spend a lot of time just tasting and checking the roast. It’s not like those big corporate places you see in the city. Here, it’s just a few of us. We wear old clothes because coffee dust gets on everything. Sometimes the delivery guy gets lost trying to find Phase 2, so we have to go out to the main corner to wave him down. That’s just part of the routine. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just like coffee and we like working for ourselves in this little corner of Baltana. It’s a simple life, mostly spent around the machines and the smell of fresh grounds. We just try to get through the orders and keep things running as smooth as we can.
