KRASSA INFRABIZ (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Krassa Infrabiz (OPC) Private Limited is located over in Zirakpur at Victoria Heights. We’re in Tower B, unit 903. Peer Muchalla is a really active neighborhood, and being here puts us right in the middle of all the growth happening in this part of Mohali. The office itself is quite high up, which is nice, but we spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and site reports instead of out the window. Since we are an OPC, it’s a simple setup without a lot of extra staff. We focus on the business side of infrastructure projects, which means we’re often knee-deep in land documents and planning details. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are usually some blueprints rolled up in the corner and a coffee mug or two on the desks. We don't have a receptionist to greet people, so if you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working away at a desk. Zirakpur traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the Peer Muchalla area, so we’ve learned to be patient when we’re out on the road. We don’t go in for big mission statements or promotional fluff. We just try to be honest about what we’re doing and keep our projects moving along. It’s a busy life, and we’re just a small part of the big construction boom in Punjab. We like our quiet office in the tower where we can just get our work done.
