The flat has been converted to fit our needs, so instead of a living room, we have a workspace with multiple screens and a lot of wires. We don't have a staff of hundreds. It’s a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. We eat our lunches in the small kitchen area and spend most of the day at our desks. There isn't any corporate polish here. If a chair squeaks, it squeaks. We are just here to get through the work that comes our way. Zirakpur is a fast-growing place, and we are just one of the many small businesses making a go of it here. We like the independence of having our own spot in Flat 305. It’s where we try to stay busy and keep the business going.
