Kehar Estates Private Limited is based out of a house, number 2444 in Phase 10, Sector 64. That is over in SAS Nagar, Mohali. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot more relaxed than being in a big commercial plaza. We have lived and worked around here for quite some time. The office is basically just a few rooms set up for business. We handle a lot of the local property stuff for this side of Chandigarh. It is nice because we know the streets and the neighbors. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. Usually, if you come by, you will just find one of us at a desk with a laptop and some folders. We talk to people about buying houses or renting out shops. It is mostly just common-sense stuff. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink chai, while other days everyone seems to want to talk at once. We try to be useful to the people who live around here. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just like doing things the old-fashioned way, face to face. If someone needs help with a lease or looking at a plot in Sector 64, they know where to find us. It is a simple setup and that is how we like it. We focus on our little corner of Chandigarh and try to do right by the people we meet.
