Our office is located at Plot 412 in Sector 82, Mohali. It’s a pretty straightforward spot in the industrial and residential mix of the area. We’ve been working out of this building for a bit now, and it’s become our second home. Most of our day involves sitting at the desks, looking over maps, and taking phone calls from folks around Rupnagar. Sector 82 stays busy, so there’s always noise from the street and people moving about. We aren’t trying to be anything flashy. The walls have some charts on them and there’s usually a stack of files that needs sorting. We take our breaks when we can, often just grabbing something quick from a nearby stall. Dealing with property in SAS Nagar means we see a lot of different people every week. Some are just curious and others are really looking for something specific. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure the paperwork is right and the doors are open on time. Sometimes we forget to water the office plants, so they look a bit sad, but we try our best. It’s a local business, run by local people who understand the roads and the sectors here. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help out with the estate stuff and keep the office running as smoothly as we can manage. We’re just here doing our job.
