You can find us over in Dashmesh Nagar, not too far from Aman City in Kharar. Katharos Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has been based here for a while, and it’s a decent spot for a business like ours. Mohali is growing fast, but our little corner near 140301 still feels like a neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time managing the distribution side of things. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking ledger books to be honest. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of storage shelves for the medicine stocks. We tried to keep things simple when we started. There’s three of us mostly, and we handle everything from unloading crates to doing the taxes. Sometimes the rain makes the road near Aman City a bit messy, but that’s just part of living here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving past. It’s a practical way to run a company. We make sure the orders are packed right and sent out on time. That’s really all there is to it. We like being in Kharar because it’s central enough but not as crazy as the main city. It’s a good balance for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
