We are based in Dhakoli, over at M.S. Enclave in Zirakpur. Our spot is SCF-11-12, which is where we keep all our files and where the team gathers in the morning. Kags Builders and Promoters Private Limited is really just a group of people who like the construction business. S.A.S. Nagar is growing so much, and being in Mohali means there is always something to do. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how much cement we have left. It’s not a glamorous life. Most days involve a lot of dust and loud noises from the machinery. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. If a project takes a bit longer because of the rain, we just tell people the truth. We don't like making up excuses. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we get the planning done. We handle the promoter side of things too, which means a lot of talking to people about where they want to live. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We know the local rules and how to get things moving. We aren't some giant firm from a movie. We’re just the folks down the street at M.S. Enclave who know how to put a building together properly without any fuss or nonsense. That’s our daily routine here in Mohali.
