Kaashin Buildtech Private Limited

Our office is right on the Kalka-Shimla Highway, specifically at City Court in Zirakpur. If you’re driving past, you probably see the traffic moving towards Mohali all day long. We are on the second floor, in office number four. At Kaashin Buildtech Private Limited, it’s mostly just us looking at blueprints and taking calls from site managers. Being near NH-22 means we are always on the move. We spend a lot of time in the car, heading out to check on different projects in the 140603 area. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a lobby full of trophies. Instead, we have stacks of tiles and paint samples sitting in the corners. Building things in this area is interesting because things are changing so fast. One day there’s a field, and the next, it’s a construction site. We try to keep up without losing our heads. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, or a supplier sends the wrong truckload of sand. You just have to deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Punjab. We just want to do a job that we don't have to go back and fix later. It’s about being there on-site, getting your boots dirty, and making sure the roof goes on straight. That’s what a normal day looks like for us here at the City Court office on the highway near Mohali. It’s hard work but it keeps us going.
