K3K Buildtech is located at SCO 85 on Clockton High Street, right in the Phase 1 area of Omaxe New Chandigarh. This whole area in Kharar has really taken off lately. Our office is on a busy street where there’s always something going on. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the building trade. We moved into this spot because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re out shopping or running errands on High Street. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a table for meetings and some chairs that have seen better days. Building stuff is messy work, so we don't worry too much about keeping things looking perfect. We’re usually talking about materials, costs, and how long the rain is going to hold off so we can finish a roof. New Chandigarh is a bit different from the older parts of the city, and we’re still getting used to the pace here. Some days the traffic is a nightmare, but that’s just how it goes. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. No fancy talk, just a real conversation about what needs to be done. We’ve had some long nights at the office trying to get everything sorted, but that’s just part of the deal when you’re in this business. It is a lot of work, but we are used to it.
