In the JLPL Industrial Area of Mohali, you can find Jmgk Developers Private Limited. We are located at Plot No.1243 in Sector-82. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks passing by. It’s a hard-working area and we fit right in. The office is a very basic space because we spend more time thinking about projects than decorating. Punjab gets very hot in the summer, so we mostly stay inside and keep the work moving. We aren't the type to use marketing jargon or fancy words. We just talk about the development work we have on our plates. It’s a lot of paper and phone calls, as you might expect. The roads around Sector-82 are wide, but they can get really crowded when the factories change shifts. We try to time our arrivals to avoid the worst of it. There are a few of us here at Plot No.1243. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and talk about what’s left to do for the day. We’ve seen this industrial area change quite a bit since we first moved in. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't have any big corporate goals to shout about. We just keep our heads down and try to finish the tasks we’ve started. That’s just how we operate. Nothing more than that really happens here.
