Jkr Buildtech Private Limited is situated over by the Balongi Tax Barrier in Bar Majra. We are actually operating out of the Green Wood Farm House, which is Rajinder Singh’s place. It’s a bit of a unique spot for a building company, being more of a farmhouse setting than a typical downtown office. The Mohali 140301 area is right nearby, so we aren't too far from the action, but it feels a lot quieter out here at the farm. Sometimes you can hear the trucks stopping at the tax barrier, but mostly it’s just the usual sounds of the outskirts. We’ve set up our workspace here because it gives us plenty of room to think and plan our build projects. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just a solid place where we get together to talk about our construction schedules and look over the materials we need. Being near Balongi means we have easy access to the main roads, which is helpful when we need to move equipment around. We’ve been working from this location for a while, and it feels like home to us. It’s a simple setup, run by people who actually know how to handle a shovel or read a structural map. We don’t spend much time worrying about being polished; we just worry about getting the next job done for the people we work with.
