JGK Developers Private Limited is based at Shop No. 4, right near the Bank of Baroda on Zoo Road. This is in Village Chhat, which is part of the Zirakpur area. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because you’ve got the zoo nearby, so there are always families and visitors around, especially on the weekends. Our shop is a small, functional space where we handle all our development business. Being a developer in this part of Punjab means you have to be ready for anything. The landscape is changing all the time. We spend a lot of our hours looking at land and talking to folks about what they want to see built. It’s not a glamorous job; there is a lot of dust from the roads and a lot of waiting for permits and people to get back to you. We sit at the office, drink some water or tea, and go through the plans for whatever we are working on at the moment. We’ve been in the Chhat area for a bit, so we know the local land pretty well. People know where to find us since the Bank of Baroda is a good landmark. We just try to keep things moving and handle the property stuff as best as we can. It’s just us, the office, and the daily grind of the development world in Zirakpur. There is always something new to look at on Zoo Road.
