Icollab Realty Infomedia Private Limited works out of SCO-11 on the first floor in Sunny Enclave. This is in Sector 125, Kharar, which has really grown in the last few years. We have a modest office space up there. It is mostly filled with computers and some old chairs. We do a mix of things, but it all comes back to property and information in the 140301 area. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a small team of people who like working in Kharar. The first floor is nice because it is a bit quieter than the ground level, but we can still see everyone coming and going. We spend a lot of time on the internet looking up data, but we also go out and walk the plots ourselves. You cannot learn everything from a screen. People in Sunny Enclave often drop by if they see our sign. We usually have the fan going and some music playing in the background. It is a relaxed environment. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door greets you. It keeps things personal. We like the local vibe of Sector 125. It feels like things are moving forward here, and we are just glad to have a desk in the middle of it. Our work is pretty routine, but we try to do it well every single day without any fuss.
