Our clinic is at number 140 in Prime City, which is right across from the Landran Road in Kharar. Holybasil Mediclinic Private Limited is the name we use, but most people just call it the clinic on the corner. It is a convenient spot for people living in the Rupnagar area because they do not have to drive all the way into the main city. The building is a standard setup. We have a front desk where you sign in and some chairs for waiting. It is not a massive place, so it feels a bit more personal than those giant hospitals. On some afternoons, it gets quiet, and then suddenly three families will walk in at once. That is just how it goes here. We try to keep the place tidy, though with kids running around sometimes, it is a challenge. The doctor and the assistants have been working together for a while. We know a lot of the neighbors by name now since they come in for their regular checkups or when the kids get a fever. Being located on the Landran Road makes it easy for folks to find us. We do not have any big neon signs or anything, just a simple board outside. It is a basic medical office meant for the local people in the community to get help when they feel under the weather without any fuss.
