We started this place, Hnaya Educational Services, right here in the Lalru area, specifically around Dera Bassi. Ranjeet Kaur and Surinder Singh put this together because there was a need for someone to help out with school stuff and learning around here. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, just a regular spot where we try to get things done for the kids and adults who need a bit of extra help with their studies. People come by when they are stuck with their courses or need some guidance on what to do next with their education. We keep things pretty simple. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to parents who walk in. It’s a family-run sort of vibe. We’ve been living in this community for a long time, so we know most of the faces that come through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we make it work. It’s not about being the biggest company in Punjab; it’s just about being here when someone needs help figuring out their schoolwork or applications. We don't have a big marketing team. Usually, it's just neighbors telling each other about us. If you’re looking for Ranjeet or the team, we’re usually at the address in Lalru, just doing what we can to keep the learning going for everyone who stops by. It’s honest work and we like seeing people move forward in their lives without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
