We spend most of our time at Shop 8 and 9 in Village Ferozepur. It's right here in the Kharar area of SAS Nagar Mohali. The office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we sit and handle the paperwork. Most mornings start with someone unlocking the shutters and making a bit of tea before the day gets busy. We’ve been around this part of Punjab for a while now. You can find us easily if you know the road heading through the village. It gets dusty sometimes with the local traffic, but that’s just how things are around here. We handle property stuff, mostly talking to people who walk in or call about local plots. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet goes slow, which can be a real pain when we’re trying to get things done. We aren’t a big corporate chain with suits and scripted lines. It’s just us. We know the neighbors and the people running the nearby shops. When someone comes in, we usually just pull up a chair and start talking about what’s available in the district. It’s practical work. We keep track of the files in old cabinets and try to stay organized as much as possible. Sometimes the days are long, especially when there's a lot of walking around looking at sites in the heat. We just focus on what needs doing today and get it finished. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things.
