Being in the Citi Center gives us a good place to work from, even though we keep our own office very plain. We don't go in for anything fancy. Our work is about international trade, which means we spend many hours every day looking at shipping routes and dealing with various customs requirements. From our window on the third floor, we can see the main road and all the cars going by. It is a busy part of the region and things are always changing. We have a small staff here in our SOHO unit. We don't have a big mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just focus on the paperwork and making sure our clients' goods are moving the way they should. Rajpura is a convenient location because it is a bit of a hub for transport. We spend a lot of time on the computer and on the phone with people from different countries. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when there are delays, but we just try to solve the problems as they come up. We like being in this building because it is modern and everything works the way it should, which helps us do our job without any extra hassle.
