Our office is tucked away at House Number 11 in MS Enclave. If you’re familiar with the Dhakaulipeer Masala area in SAS Nagar, you’ll know it’s a busy little pocket with a lot of new things popping up. We started Ereal Estate Developers Private Limited because we saw how much was changing in this part of town. It’s mostly just us keeping track of property things and making sure the construction side of the business stays on schedule. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular house converted into a workspace where we keep all our files and maps. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on different spots nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, looking at land and figuring out what can actually be built there. People stop by now and then just to ask about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with being in the real estate business. Some days are slow with just paperwork, and other days we’re running around until the sun goes down. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like being right here in the middle of it all. It feels more real than being in some glass tower.
