EAKANSH LAND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is Booth No. 102 on the first floor in Sector 67. We are located in Mohali, Punjab, 160062. Eakansh Land Developers Private Limited is just a small team working out of this space. We spend most of our time dealing with land and all the paperwork that comes with developing it. Sector 67 is a busy area with a lot of offices and people moving around. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are just looking at files and maps. Land development is a slow process sometimes, involving a lot of visits to different government offices and checking on sites. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It is just a functional booth where we can talk to people and get the work organized. We have been in Mohali for a while and have seen how much it has grown. It is a lot of work to keep track of everything, but we do our best. We are not interested in sounding like a big multinational company. We are just local people who understand the land around here. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting with people to discuss plots and plans. It is a straightforward business and we keep things simple. If you are in Sector 67, you might have walked past our booth without noticing it, which is fine by us. We just keep working.
